We have an experienced technical design team, who coordinates with the client to create tailored storage and material handling solutions that address every individual aspect of the client's operations.

Pre-treatment and Painting Process

Before initiating the painting process, we undertake special chemical treatment of our products and remove oil and grease, which may be on the Steel Sheets. This is a critical process as without the chemical treatment, the paint does not adheres properly to the steel surface. We are having our own in-house set up of paint booth and oven, unlike our competitors, who send their products to other factories for painting, which some time result to a poor finish as they have no control on the quality level of the painting process. The chemical cleaning process includes de-greasing, de-rusting and phospating processes. After this process, the material is then painted with high gloss synthetic Enamel Paint. Finally all the material is Oven baked at 120 C to ensure good life and proper finish of the material for years together.
